以金电极为工作电极,考察了温度对Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)-苦参碱测定体系电致化学发光行为的影响,结果表明,温度对Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)-苦参碱体系电化学发光行为有显著影响。0~75℃,体系电化学电流强度随温度升高而增强,电化学发光强度值则随温度升高先增后减。在最优条件下,苦参碱在0.1~100mmol/L范围内线性关系良好。回收率为101.1%,RSD为1.58%。
The effect of temperature on the electrochemiluminescence (PL) of Ru (bpy) _3 ~ (2 +) - matrine was investigated by using gold electrode as working electrode. - Matrine system, the electrochemical luminescence behavior has a significant impact. 0 ~ 75 ℃, the electrochemical current intensity of the system increases with temperature, and the value of the electrochemical luminescence intensity increases first and then decreases with increasing temperature. Under optimal conditions, matrine had good linearity in the range of 0.1-100 mmol / L. The recovery was 101.1% with a RSD of 1.58%.
