选用不同TiC含量的钢结硬质合金在900、1000和1100℃下分别进行30、60、90和120 min抗氧化性能研究;采用CHI电化学工作站分析系统测试不同TiC含量钢结硬质合金在pH=1的H2SO4溶液,pH=7的NaCl溶液和pH=13的NaOH溶液中的极化曲线。结果表明:添加TiC钢结硬质合金比未加TiC的钢结硬质合金抗氧化性能好,其中10%TiC钢结硬质合金抗氧化性最好。随着温度的升高,TiC钢结硬质合金越容易被氧化,其氧化产物主要是Fe2O3,其次还出现了TiO2和Fe2TiO。5%TiC钢结硬质合金表现出耐蚀性能最好,20%的TiC钢结硬质合金耐蚀性能最差。
The cemented carbide with different content of TiC was used to study the oxidation resistance at 900, 1000 and 1100 ℃ for 30, 60, 90 and 120 min, respectively. The corrosion resistance of the cemented carbide with different content of TiC was tested by CHI electrochemical workstation analysis system Polarization curves in H2SO4 solution at pH = 1, NaCl solution at pH = 7 and NaOH solution at pH = 13. The results show that the addition of TiC steel hardened cements is better than that of TiC hardened cemented carbides, of which 10% TiC hardened cemented carbide has the best oxidation resistance. With the increase of temperature, the harder the TiC cemented carbide is oxidized, the oxidation products are mainly Fe2O3, followed by TiO2 and Fe2TiO. 5% TiC cemented carbide shows the best corrosion resistance, 20% TiC cemented carbide has the worst corrosion resistance.
