目的探讨超声介导下对子宫肌瘤及功血射频消融术的应用。方法在我院2005年以来接诊的175例子宫肌瘤及功能性子宫出血中筛选75例黏膜下子宫肌瘤的患者,进行射频消融术。结果六个月后,经过射频消融术治疗的患者,肌瘤的周边回声增强,血流信号减少或者消失,瘤体变小,达到了射频消融的微创治疗目的。结论超声介导下,射频消融的微创术对子宫肌瘤患者的治疗起到了显著的疗效,值得进一步研创新研究。
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids. Methods Seventy-five patients with submucosal uterine myoma were screened from 175 cases of uterine leiomyoma and functional uterine bleeding in our hospital since 2005, and radiofrequency ablation was performed. Results Six months later, after radiofrequency ablation, the peripheral echoes of fibroids were enhanced, the signal of blood flow decreased or disappeared, and the tumor size became smaller, achieving the purpose of minimally invasive radiofrequency ablation. Conclusion Under ultrasound-mediated radiofrequency ablation, minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids, it is worth further research.
