中国中青年财务成本研究会第二届理事会暨1989年理论研讨会于8月中旬在辽阳市召开。参加会议的理事和代表共68人,收到论文52篇。会议总结了研究会一年来的工作,开展了学术讨论和交流。审议修改了章程,讨论通过了六项决议,选举产生了第二届理事会。讨论中,代表们认为,前一段时期,社会经济生活中宏观调控弱化。财务管理混乱,成本核算不实,国家利益受到侵害。当前和今后一个相当长的时期内,必须对经济生活中的无政府状态进行清理整顿,使国民经济建设沿着社会主义方向发展。代表们还对多种经济形式下的企业财务成本问题进行了深入探讨。 China Youth Finance Cost Seminar The second council and the 1989 theory seminar were held in Liaoyang in mid-August. A total of 68 directors and representatives attended the conference and received 52 papers. The conference summed up the work of the seminar in the past year, carried out academic discussions and exchanges. Reviewed and amended the articles of association, discussed and approved six resolutions, and elected the second board of directors. During the discussion, the deputies believed that in the previous period, the macro-control in the social and economic life had weakened. Confusion in financial management, cost accounting is not real, national interests are infringed. At present and for a long time to come, we must clean up and rectify the anarchy in economic life and make the national economic development develop along the direction of socialism. The delegates also conducted in-depth discussions on the financial costs of enterprises in various economic forms.
