对Al Si合金在 3.6~ 5 .5GPa高压下凝固形成的组织与常压凝固组织进行了对比 ,对高压下的胞枝晶转变进行了分析。发现高压对合金固溶度和扩散系数的影响是引起高压凝固组织变化的主要原因。
The microstructure of Al Si alloy solidified at high pressure of 3.6-5.5GPa was compared with that under atmospheric pressure, and the dendrite transformation under high pressure was analyzed. It is found that the effect of high pressure on the solid solubility and diffusion coefficient of the alloy is the main reason for the high-pressure solidified structure.
