Objective: To understand the hearing damage of naval vessel personnel under the condition of naval vessel noise, and to discuss the effective prevention measures of naval vessel noise. Methods: Among the four types of ships, 108 engineers of different ages were selected to determine the hearing impairment after taking comprehensive preventive measures. The results were compared with 104 other engineers who did not take precautionary measures. By grouping and statistical processing χ2 test and calculation. Results: The hearing impairment in ships and ships was significantly lower than that before comprehensive preventive measures. Among them, high-frequency hearing loss accounted for 17.5% (χ2 = 13.32, P <0.01); 9% (χ2 = 14.29, P <0.01). The per-unit hearing loss decreased by 4.44 dB, the per-unit hearing loss decreased by 10.8 dB, the frequency of multi-frequency lesion decreased significantly, and the morbidity decreased significantly. Conclusion: In order to prevent noise-induced deafness and hearing impairment, we must further take preventive measures and strictly enforce the health standards of noise.
