对气相色谱(GC)火焰光度检测器(硫)即FPD(S) 有关的理论和实验问题进行了研究。理论分析表明,具有指数响应特征的FPD(S) 检测器的峰高和峰面积定量有等效性;作为内标物,只有与被测物有相同的响应指数时才有意义。实验结果表明,对于双火焰FPD,甲乙硫醚(EMS)可用作二甲硫醚(DMS) 的内标;峰高较峰面积定量好,指数非线性模拟比对数线性化模拟得到的结果更佳。
Theoretical and experimental problems related to the gas chromatographic (GC) flame photometric detector (sulfur), FPD (S), were studied. Theoretical analysis shows that the FPD (S) detector with exponential response is quantitatively equivalent to the peak height and peak area. As an internal standard, it is only meaningful if it has the same response index as the measured object. The experimental results show that EMS can be used as the internal standard of dimethylsulfide (DMS) for dual-flame FPD, and the peak area is more accurate than the peak area. Exponential nonlinear simulation is more efficient than log-linear simulation Better.
