采用高密度聚乙烯土工膜五个常用的产品标准和方法,研究了试样尺寸和部分实验条件对土工膜拉伸性能的影响,并对实验结果进行了分析。研究结果表明:采用不同的方法标准,试样的断裂强度、屈服强度和屈服伸长率均没有明显的差异,断裂伸长率存在较小差异,但是不同方法断裂伸长率的数据分散性存在一定差异,其中采用AATMD6693-04方法,试样的断裂伸长率数据分散性更小。
The five commonly used product standards and methods of high density polyethylene geomembrane were used to study the effect of specimen size and some experimental conditions on the tensile properties of geomembrane. The experimental results were also analyzed. The results show that there are no significant differences in breaking strength, yield strength and yield elongation of the specimens with different methods and standards, but there is a small difference in elongation at break. However, data dispersion of the elongation at break of different methods exists Some differences, including the use of AATMD6693-04 method, the sample fracture elongation data dispersion is smaller.
