目的:探讨CT增强扫描时造影剂渗漏的有效预防管理措施,为日后临床工作提供依据。方法:选取温州市中心医院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的680例需CT增强扫描检查的患者作为对照组,对发生渗漏的的情况进行统计,并对产生的原因进行分析。随后选取选取2014年1月~2015年12月间收治的680例需CT增强扫描检查的患者作为研究组。自2014年1月开始针对2012年1月~2013年12月间发生的渗漏的原因对相应的管理措施进行改进。比较改进前后两组造影剂渗漏的发生率。结果:研究组渗漏发生率为显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:科学有效的预防管理措施对降低CT增强扫描中造影剂渗漏的发生率具有重要意义,采取积极有效的预防管理措施,能够有效降低造影剂渗漏的发生率。 Objective: To explore effective prevention and management measures of contrast agent leakage during CT enhanced scan, and provide evidence for future clinical work. Methods: A total of 680 patients undergoing CT scan enhancement in Wenzhou Central Hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the control group, and the causes of leakage were statistically analyzed and the causes were analyzed. Then selected from January 2014 ~ December 2015 admitted to the 680 cases of patients required CT enhanced scan as the study group. The corresponding management measures have been improved since January 2014 in response to the leaks that occurred between January 2012 and December 2013. Compare the two groups before and after the contrast agent leakage of the incidence. Results: The incidence of leakage in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The scientific and effective preventive management measures are of great significance in reducing the incidence of contrast medium leakage in CT enhanced scanning. Taking active and effective prevention and management measures can effectively reduce the incidence of contrast agent leakage.
