随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,高铁路网规模的持续扩大,铁路客运段高铁乘务担当体量呈现几何倍数增长,传统的乘务管理方式存在着精细化管理不到位、安全卡控难度大、服务品质缺失、管理效率低下等突出问题。要着力解决上述问题,不仅仅需要加大基础设施设备的投入,更要从运用科技手段,提升安全生产能力、客运服务质量、生产运营效率、综合管理控制水平等角度出发,通过高铁乘务管理的智能信息化建设,为安全生产提供保障、为优质服务提供支撑、为高效管理提供保证。
