再生粗骨料混凝土配合比设计方法探究

本文通过分析等质量/体积替换、有效水胶比法(EW/C法)以及等效砂浆体积法(EMC法)三种再生粗骨料混凝土配合比设计方法,指出有效水胶比及浆体含量是再生骨料混凝土配合比设计的关键,在此基础上提出了改进等效砂浆体积法(PEMC法),并分析了普通骨料保留率(β值)及富余砂浆系数(γ值)对配合比的影响。结果表明:在不同再生骨料取代率下,通过控制γ值能不同程度缓和EMC法设计时水胶比偏低及有效浆体体积偏少的问题,即PEMC法更适合用于大掺量再生骨料混凝土的配合比设计。 In this paper, the design methods of three kinds of recycled coarse aggregate concrete with equal mass / volume substitution, effective water-cement ratio method (EW / C method) and equivalent mortar volume method (EMC method) Content is the key to the design of recycled aggregate concrete mix ratio.
