改革开放以来,边境贸易日益成为区域经济对外贸易的支柱和主要拉动力量。在综合运输体系方面,公路运输是目前中国与毗邻国家开展边境贸易的一种最主要的运输方式。在中国的东北边境贸易区、西北边境贸易区和西南边境贸易区,有一大批边境公路口岸正在发挥着国际道路运输的重要功能,一张以双边或多边协定为纽带,以沿边地区城市为节点,以边境口岸为前沿,向周边国家辐射的多层次、多方位的国际道路运输网络正在形成中。
Since the reform and opening up, border trade has increasingly become the pillar and main driving force of the regional economy’s foreign trade. As for the integrated transport system, road transport is currently the most important mode of transport for border trade between China and the neighboring countries. In China’s northeast border trade zone, the northwestern frontier trade zone and the southwestern border trade zone, a large number of border highway ports are playing an important role in international road transport. One takes bilateral or multilateral agreements as a link and cities along the border areas as nodes. Multi-level and multi-faceted international road transport networks with border crossings as the frontline and radiation to neighboring countries are taking shape.
