自1981年下半年开始,我们针对反极性弱等离子弧的基本特性及其堆焊工艺与设备,做了基础性的研究。课题份量虽较重,但进展较快。目前已收到了明显的成效,受到了我院及有关工厂方面的重视。机械工业部已确认本课题为攻关项目。现已获得的研究成果如下: 1.设计与制造了反极性弱等离子弧枪及有关测试电弧压力、电弧能量分布的测试装置。 2.测定结果表明:其电弧压力约为正极性等离子弧的一半;电弧在母材上的能量分布呈均匀平坦的盆底状。所测具体数据与1978年日本《溶接技术》及1980年国际焊接年会上发表的数据相符合。
Since the second half of 1981, we have made a basic research on the basic characteristics of the reverse polarity weak plasma arc and its surfacing technology and equipment. Although the weight of the topics, but progress is faster. Has received significant results, by our hospital and the factory’s attention. Ministry of Machinery Industry has confirmed that this topic for research projects. Now the research results obtained are as follows: 1.Design and manufacture of reverse polarity weak plasma arc gun and the test arc voltage, arc energy distribution of the test device. The results show that: the arc pressure is about half of the positive plasma arc; the energy distribution of the arc in the base material is uniformly flat pelvic shape. The measured data are consistent with the published data from Japan’s “Dissolution Technology” in 1978 and the International Welding Conference 1980.
