本文是根据园环压缩时接触面上正应力分布值来确定塑性变形过程中的摩擦因素.它是基于通常用园环内径变化确定摩擦因素存在着测量不准和破坏了摩擦连续状态提出的.本文从理论上证明了接触面上正应力分布值决定于分流面位置(R_N)和摩擦因素(m),且在分流面位置上正应力为最大;又从实验中较准确的给出了纯铝(?)工具钢(磨光)间,不加润滑情况下的摩擦因素.
In this paper, the friction factor in the plastic deformation process is determined based on the normal stress distribution at the contact surface of the compression ring, which is based on the inaccurate measurement of the friction factor and the destruction of the frictional continuous state. In this paper, it is theoretically proved that the normal stress distribution at the contact surface is determined by the location of the shunting surface (R_N) and the friction factor (m), and the normal stress at the shunt surface is the maximum. From the experiment, Aluminum (?) Tool steel (polished), without friction under the friction factor.
