从近几年高考试题看,现代生物科技专题考查重点是基因工程、细胞工程及胚胎工程。其中基因工程主要考查基因工程操作步骤及操作工具,细胞工程主要考查动植物细胞培养、细胞融合、克隆技术及单克隆抗体制备,胚胎工程主要考查胚胎移植、胚胎分割及胚胎干细胞的相关知识。考查时,多选择与生产实践和当前科技发展前沿有关的素材,试题常以图形、新材料等为载体。有些试题出现跨工程的小综合,如基因工程、细胞工程与胚胎工程之间的综合考查。下面举例说明。例1(2012年上海卷)以绵羊红细胞刺激小鼠脾脏B淋巴细胞,再将后者与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合形成杂交瘤细胞克隆群,由此筛选出的单克隆杂交瘤细胞所产生的抗体
