称量是工业生产的重要过程之一,称量的方式可分为两类。1、静态称量,被称的物质加在称上,然后观察称量的指示。在观察称量指示的当时,被称物质的数量不变动。其称量误差,就是称本身的误差。2、动态称量,被称物质是连续向称斗内加载,在读数值的当时,被称的物质仍然继续向称斗内加载。这样要想达到某一称量及时停止称量,就要产生较大的误差。工业自动化的大生产,多属于此类,本文着重分析研究此项问题。
Weighing is an important process of industrial production, weighed way can be divided into two categories. 1, static weighing, weighing the substance is called, and then observe the weighing instructions. At the time of observing the weighing instructions, the quantity of the substance was said not to change. The weighing error, is called the error itself. 2, dynamic weighing, is said to be continuously loaded into the weighing bucket material, at the time of reading, the material is still said to be called the bucket load. In order to achieve such a weighing in time to stop weighing, we must have a greater error. Industrial automation of large-scale production, belong to this category, this article focuses on the analysis of this issue.
