目的探讨虫草活力素的抗肿瘤及增强免疫的作用。方法接种动物或人体肿瘤后虫草活力素联合放化疗,计算抑瘤率、合并效应或生命延长率;制备脾细胞悬液,进行免疫学试验,计算免疫指标促进率;环磷酰胺造模后连续给药24 d,计算白细胞数改变值。结果虫草活力素与化疗药联用对小鼠肝癌、肺癌和肉瘤、人体乳腺癌和肺癌的生长抑制和生命延长均有不同程度的作用;对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用;对小鼠白细胞降低有明显的治疗作用,疗效好于单独用药。结论虫草活力素具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、联合放化疗增效及抗白细胞减少等作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor and immune-enhancing effects of Cordycepin. Methods Cordyceps vitamins combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after inoculation of animals or human tumors were used to calculate the tumor inhibition rate, combined effect or life extension rate. Spleen cell suspension was prepared and immunological tests were performed to calculate the immune index. Dosing 24 d, calculate the change in white blood cell count. Results Cordyceps combined with chemotherapeutic agents have different effects on the growth and life expectancy of mouse liver cancer, lung cancer and sarcoma, human breast cancer and lung cancer, and obviously promote the immune function of tumor-bearing mice. On the reduction of leukopenia mice have a significant therapeutic effect, the effect is better than single drug. Conclusions Cordycepin has antitumor, immune enhancement, combined chemoradiotherapy and anti-leukopenia effects.
