中国人的牙齿健康堪称世界难题。一个偶然的机会,我在一个牙科专家那里读到一本1999年第一期《牙科百病治疗》杂志,扉页上便有一串令人吃惊的数据:按人口比例算,中国人牙病为世界第二大国。中国人牙病有80余种,这些牙病可诱发的口腔、食道、胃肠病30余种。每10个中国人中有7.3人不刷牙(农村为主),中国人的牙病中有35.4%属遗传性骨质牙病,有59.4%为清洁性牙病,其余的则是交叉性传染牙病。
Chinese dental health is a world problem.
