随着我国航空事业的迅猛发展,机场吞吐量也随之剧增,机场油库输油管线的保护也成为了机场管理的重中之重。面对全新的发展形势,如何解决传统人工巡查管线体制中存在的效率低下、反应迟缓、工作量大等问题,就成为了相关主体需要深入思考的问题。对此,本文以武汉机场油库输油管线保护为例,探讨了3G视频监测系统的设计与实施,以期为国内机场管理者提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the airport throughput also increased dramatically. The protection of the airport oil depot pipeline has also become the top priority of airport management. In the face of a new development situation, how to solve the problems of inefficiency, sluggishness and heavy workload in the traditional manual inspection pipeline system has become a problem that need to be deeply thought by relevant subjects. In this regard, this article takes the oil pipeline protection of Wuhan airport depot as an example to discuss the design and implementation of 3G video monitoring system in order to provide useful reference for the domestic airport managers.
