采用酶组织化学方法研究了小鼠染毒后生殖细胞 SDH、 L DH和 ATPase活性的变化 ,结果发现 ,2 5 .0~12 5 .0 mg/ kg体重剂量组染毒 35 d后 SDH、L DH和 ATPase活性均受到抑制 ,说明增产菊胺酯不仅干扰睾丸细胞的有氧代谢及无氧代谢的供能过程 ,还干扰细胞对能量的利用。提示能量代谢障碍可能是增产菊胺酯对雄性生殖细胞毒作用的机理之一。
The enzymatic histochemical method was used to study the changes of germ cell SDH, L DH and ATPase activity after exposure to mice. The results showed that SDH, L DH and ATPase activity were inhibited, indicating that chrysanthemum production not only interfere with testicular cells aerobic metabolism and anaerobic metabolism of energy supply process, but also interfere with the use of energy cells. It is suggested that energy metabolism disorders may be one of the mechanisms that increase the toxic effect of chrysin on male germ cells.
