以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)以及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,以季戊四醇三烯丙基醚(APE)为交联剂,采用水相悬浮聚合法制备具有轻微交联度的羧基丙烯酸共聚树脂,并以其作为3D打印粉末材料,同时以稀碱溶液作为粘接溶液,经3D打印制取实体成品。分别考察了单体和交联剂的用量、粘接溶液碱性浓度对打印成品性能的影响规律,确定了树脂最优合成条件和粘接溶液最佳浓度。
Using acrylic acid (AA), butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as raw materials and pentaerythritol triallyl ether (APE) as crosslinking agent, Degree of carboxyl acrylic copolymer resin, and its as a 3D printing powder material, while dilute alkali solution as the bonding solution, the physical preparation of 3D printing system. The influences of the amount of monomer and crosslinking agent and the basic concentration of adhesive solution on the properties of printed products were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions of resin and the optimum concentration of adhesive solution were determined.
