从中药茶芎LigusticumsinenseOliv.cv.Chaxiong的挥发油中分得5个具抗惊活性的苯酞类化合物，经化学和光谱分析鉴定为丁烯基苯酞（Ⅰ）、藁本内酯（Ⅱ）、丁基苯酞（Ⅲ）、新蛇床内酯（Ⅳ）和东川芎内酯（Ⅴ）。
Five benzoquinone compounds with anti-panic activity were obtained from the volatile oil of the Chinese tea aphid Ligusticum sinense Oliv.cv.Chaxiong. Chemically and spectrally, they were identified as butenyl phenylhydrazone (I), ligustilide (II), Butylphthalide (III), Neocampalactone (IV), and Dongchuan lactone (V).
