本文研究一种低铁含量粉煤灰酸浸-还原法化学除铁的主要影响因素及水平,并通过正交实验优化工艺条件。通过单因素实验,分析硫酸用量,酸浸时间,保险粉用量,保险粉反应时间,草酸用量,草酸反应时间,反应温度对除铁的影响。结合正交实验,得到结果为:基于粉煤灰质量,草酸用量1%,草酸反应时间为5min,保险粉用量为1%,反应时间为5min,固含量为20%,硫酸用量为20%,酸浸时间为30min,反应温度为30℃。此条件下,所得粉煤灰白度为53%ISO,铁的去除率约50%,粉煤灰白度提高21%ISO。
In this paper, the main influencing factors and levels of chemical iron removal by acid leaching-reduction method of low iron content fly ash were studied, and the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. Through the single factor experiment, the influence of the dosage of sulfuric acid, pickling time, the dosage of the insurance powder, the time of the insurance powder, the dosage of the oxalic acid, the reaction time of the oxalic acid and the reaction temperature on the iron removal were analyzed. Combined with the orthogonal experiment, the results are as follows: 1% oxalic acid, oxalic acid reaction time is 5min, the dosage of insurance powder is 1%, the reaction time is 5min, the solid content is 20%, the amount of sulfuric acid is 20% Acid leaching time was 30min, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃. Under these conditions, the resulting fly ash has a whiteness of 53% ISO, iron removal of about 50% and fly ash whiteness of 21% ISO.
