本文通过产品引进合作制造,分析了国外近年来机器产品焊接件设计的特点,考察了国外焊接制造工艺现状,发现其设计和技术标准是与它的制造工艺相适应的。我厂五十年代陈旧的装备和生产工艺与其质量标准不相适应,主要差距在于零件的落料工艺手段和焊接手段。引进产品合作生产过程中,对落料、焊接两个基本环节共六个系统进行了全面技术改造。为提高零件的精度,由六台数控气割机组成了全自动落料系统;为改进焊接质量,由90台气保焊机组成基本焊接手段;为改善涂装,建成钢材抛丸预处理系统、供气系统等。使引进制造的三大产品(德马克的140管轧机,200吨履带起重机,pH挖掘机)二万余吨焊接产品的质量根本改观。目前新工艺已扩大应用至全部国内设计的产品。实践证明,通过技术改造,完善和改进工艺,是提高焊接产品质量的根本途径。

The quality of more than 20,000 tons of welded products of the three major products introduced (Demarc’s 140-pipe mill, 200-ton crawler crane, pH excavator) was basically improved. The current new technology has been extended to all the domestic design of the product. Practice has proved that through technological transformation, improvement and improvement of technology, is to improve the quality of welding products, the fundamental way.
