以橡胶幼苗叶片为材料,研究不同温度、昼夜变化及不同发育期对光诱导的效应,结果表明:在10~40℃的温度递增变化中,随着温度的上升,叶片光诱导迅变发生时间逐步提前,同时迅变持续时间相继缩短,与温度呈负相关。在昼夜24h内,叶片在白天有典型的光诱导现象发生,迅变阶段与缓变阶段十分明显,而在黑夜,虽有光诱导现象发生,但观察不到明显的迅变阶段。处于不同发育期的叶片,光诱导效应不同,成熟叶片的稳态光合速率最大,光诱导时间最长,发生迅变时间早,持续时间短.迅变阶段光合速率递增幅度最大。
The effects of different temperature, diurnal variation and different developmental stages on light induction were studied using the leaves of rubber seedlings as the materials.
