钌红能够与细胞内、外的蛋白多糖结合在电镜下呈现为一种高电子密度的颗粒.本文采用钌红电镜组织化学技术研究4例基底细胞腺瘤。结果发现,在该瘤的小梁或小管结构的基底部及小梁结构中间分布有肿瘤性肌上皮细胞,该细胞通过胞吐作用分泌蛋白多糖进入细胞间质中。小导管的管腔衬里上皮细胞不具有分泌蛋白多糖的功能,管腔内分泌物不被钌红染色。本研究表明,该肿瘤中至少存在着两种不同的细胞类型,在组织发生上可能与腺样囊性癌和多形性腺瘤有着相同的细胞来源。
Eosin can be combined with intracellular and extracellular proteoglycans to appear as a high electron density particle under electron microscopy. In this paper, 4 cases of basal cell adenomas were studied using Erythromycin electron microscopy. As a result, it was found that neoplastic epithelial cells were distributed in the basal part of the trabecular or tubular structure of the tumor and in the middle of the trabecular structure, and this cell secreted proteoglycan into the intercellular substance through exocytosis. The ductal lining epithelial cells of the small catheter do not have the function of secreting proteoglycans, and lumen secretions are not stained with eosin. This study shows that there are at least two different cell types in this tumor, which may have the same cellular origin as adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma in histogenesis.
