Acute radiation sickness, acute leukemia and aplastic anemia and cytotoxic drugs can cause acute neutropenia (hereinafter referred to as acute granulocyte reduction). Endogenous infections are often the major direct cause of death during acute mitigation. Understanding the rules of granulomatosis patients with endogenous infection and its treatment principles, for improving the treatment rate is of great significance. Based on the experimental data of endogenous infection during the course of acute gravimetric reduction of acute radiation sickness and the related literatures, this article makes a brief discussion on some of the problems related to the treatment, which is for clinicians’ reference. 1.
