天麻钩藤饮不同分离部位对偏头痛模型大鼠的影响

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮大孔树脂不同分离部位对偏头痛模型大鼠的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将70只SD大鼠随机分为阳性对照组(西比灵组)、正常对照组、模型对照组、天麻钩藤饮(TMGTY)组、天麻钩藤饮30%part组(以下简称30%part组)、天麻钩藤饮60%part组(以下简称60%part组)、天麻钩藤饮90%part组(以下简称90%part组)共7组。采用皮下注射硝酸甘油注射液复制偏头痛大鼠模型;采用时间分段计数法持续观察造模后大鼠耳红出现和消失时间、挠头等行为学的变化情况;采用酶免法测定各组大鼠血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)和肾上腺素(E)含量。结果:正常对照组未出现耳红症状,其余各组均出现耳红症状(P<0.01)。除正常对照组外,各组耳红出现时间整体比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型对照组比较,TMGTY组、60%part组的耳红消失时间均缩短(P<0.05);30%part组、90%part组大鼠耳红消失时间虽有缩短趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型对照组在皮下注射10 mg/kg硝酸甘油注射液后30~150 min的挠头次数较正常对照组增加(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,60%part组在0~150 min内不同时间段的挠头次数均减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);TMGTY组仅在30~60 min时间段挠头次数减少(P<0.05);30%part组和90%part组仅在120~150 min时间段时间段挠头次数减少(P<0.05)。与正常对照组比较,模型组对照组的血清5-HT含量降低(P<0.01),血清E含量升高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,TMGTY组、60%part组和90%part组的血清5-HT水平均升高(P<0.01),30%part组的血清5-HT水平有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TMGTY组、30%part组、60%part组和90%part组的血清E水平均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤饮60%乙醇洗脱部位能有效改善模型大鼠耳红、挠头等症状,调节模型大鼠的血清5-HT、E含量。 Objective: To observe the effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction macroporous resin on different migraine models in migraine model rats. Compared with the model control group, the disappearance time of ear red in TMGTY group and 60% part group was shortened (P <0.05). The disappearance time of ear red in 30% part group and 90% part group was shortened, but there was no statistical difference Significance (P> 0.05). The number of scratching of the model control group 30 ~ 150 min after subcutaneous injection of 10 mg / kg nitroglycerin injection was higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, the number of scratching in 60% part group decreased in different time periods from 0 to 150 min (P <0.05, P <0.01), while the number of scratching in TMGTY group decreased only in 30-60 min (P < 0.05). The number of scratching of the head in 30% part group and 90% part group decreased only in 120 ~ 150 min time period (P <0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the serum 5-HT level in the model group decreased (P <0.01) and the serum E level increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, serum 5-HT levels in TMGTY group, 60% part group and 90% part group were significantly increased (P <0.01), serum 5-HT level in 30% part group was increased, but the difference There was no significant difference between the TMGTY group, the 30% part group, the 60% part group and the 90% part group (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: 60% ethanol elution from Tianma Gouteng Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of ear and scratching head, and regulate the content of 5-HT and E in serum of model rats.
