目的比较电感离合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法和栎精分光光度法测定工作场所空气中二氧化锡的优缺点,以提高检验效率和质量。方法从方法前处理方式、线性范围、检出限、精密度、准确度、实际样品测定等几个方面对2种方法进行比较。结果分光光度法前处理时间为四五个小时,线性范围为150~3 000μg/L,检出限为150μg/L,精密度为0.4%~1.1%,准确度为95%~97%;ICP-MS法前处理时间为0.5~1.0 h,线性范围为1~100μg/L,检出限为0.10μg/L,精密度为0.6%~1.4%,准确度为99%;2种方法均能有效测定工作场所空气中二氧化锡。结论与栎精分光光度法相比,ICP-MS法前处理时间短,线性范围下限与检出限低,精密度与准确度相仿,且适用于低浓度样品检测,可较大地提高检验效率和质量。
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and quercetin spectrophotometry for the determination of tin dioxide in the workplace air to improve the efficiency and quality of testing. Methods The methods of pretreatment, linear range, detection limit, precision, accuracy, actual sample determination and other aspects of the two methods were compared. Results The pretreatment time was four to five hours with a linear range of 150-3 000 μg / L, a limit of detection of 150 μg / L, precision of 0.4% -1.1% and accuracy of 95% -97%. ICP -MS pretreatment time was 0.5-1.0 h, the linear range was 1 ~ 100μg / L, the detection limit was 0.10μg / L, the precision was 0.6% ~ 1.4% and the accuracy was 99% Effective determination of workplace air tin dioxide.
