近些年来,食品安全问题引起了全世界的注意:疯牛病、二恶英、口蹄疫等,全球范围内的疫情可以说是接连不断。人类生活中传统食品源,甚至食物链不断出现危机。在我国,黄鳝添饲“避孕药”速肥,银耳用硫磺熏制增白,大米用矿物油“抛光”等情况也不断见诸各种媒体。本刊连续两期对餐桌污染问题展开讨论,如何禁止农业污染、工业污染、食品包装污染、添加剂污染已提到日程上来!人们开始担心:如今我们吃什么?怎样才能避免餐桌污染?
