作者于1978年4月至1980年5月对4例急性白血病及6例淋巴肉瘤采用直线加速器行全身照射并骨髓移植。其方法为予防排斥反应骨髓移植前第4日及第5日各行环磷酰胺50~60毫克/公斤体重/日静脉注射;骨髓移植前一日,采用6MV或10MV直线加速器X线照射全身1000rad,患者仰卧,射野打开到最大极限即在源距离1米处为30×30厘米。焦点人体中心间距离390厘米,照射野有效长度156厘米射线从两侧以水平线束照射之。眼睛加铅防护,全身照射后为防止感染,将患者安置于无菌室。照射后第2日,全麻下将患者的兄弟姊妹的胸骨、髂骨等骨髓20处以上,取400~800毫升骨髓液加组织培养液,滤过脂肪块,使每公斤内含2~6
From April 1978 to May 1980, the authors used a linear accelerator to perform whole body irradiation and bone marrow transplantation in 4 cases of acute leukemia and 6 cases of lymphosarcoma. The method comprises the following intravenous injections of 50-60 mg/kg body weight/day of cyclophosphamide on the 4th and the 5th day before bone marrow transplantation for prevention of rejection; on the day before bone marrow transplantation, the whole body is irradiated with 1000 rad using a 6MV or 10MV linear accelerator. The patient was lying supine and the field was opened to the maximum limit of 30 x 30 cm at a distance of 1 meter from the source. The distance between the center of the focal point of the human body is 390 centimeters, and the radiation field has an effective length of 156 centimeters. The rays are irradiated with horizontal rays from both sides. The eye is protected against lead and the whole body is irradiated to prevent infection. The patient is placed in a sterile room. On the 2nd day after irradiation, the siblings of the patient’s siblings, including the sternum and the sacrum, were treated with 20 or more bone marrows under general anesthesia. 400 to 800 ml of bone marrow fluid and tissue culture fluid were filtered and the fat mass was filtered to contain 2 to 6 kilograms per kilogram.
