对筛选出的具有一定可比性的武陵源、九寨沟、橘子洲、西湖景区游憩价值的CVM研究进行对比,笔者发现收费景区的WTP均值高于免费景区,分析原因为:WTP询问语句造成的身份认同混淆;支付频率不明,重游率不同;参照价格不同;0支付意愿率不同;景区吸引力不同。最后总结出在应用CVM对景区进行游憩价值评估时的几点注意事项。
Compared with the CVM study on the recreational value of selected Wulingyuan, Jiuzhaigou, Orange Island and West Lake scenic spots, the author finds that WTP mean value of scenic spots is higher than that of free scenic spots. The reasons for the analysis are as follows: The confusion of identities caused by WTP query ; Payment frequency is unknown, re-visit rate is different; reference price is different; 0 different willingness to pay; scenic attractions are different. Finally summed up the use of CVM scenic spots for recreational value assessment of a few considerations.
