相对陆地管道,海底管道运行的内外部环境不易勘察与取证,给事故定性带来很大难度,且由于难于识别致因要素,维抢修后隐患难以根治。文中总结了海底管道特点,结合管道完整性管理要求,建立了海底管道完整性管理分析模型,并对一起实际发生的海管泄漏事故进行了分析,取得了满意的结果。对完整性技术在海底管道事故调查中应用进行了总结和展望。
Compared with the terrestrial pipelines, the internal and external environment of the submarine pipelines is not easy to survey and obtain evidence, which brings great difficulty to the qualitative identification of the accidents. Because it is difficult to identify the causal factors, the hidden dangers after the repair are hard to cure. In this paper, the characteristics of subsea pipelines are summarized. Based on the requirements of pipe integrity management, a submarine pipe integrity management and analysis model is established and an actual sea leakage accident is analyzed. Satisfactory results are obtained. The application of integrity technology in submarine pipeline accident investigation is summarized and prospected.
