本文对市售獭皮的分类、单位面积带菌量、EV菌在市场獭皮上的存活时间及其与温、湿度变化的关系进行了研究。根据獭皮皮面有无脂肪,将獭皮分为干皮和脂皮。干皮单位面积平均带菌量为60.6万个菌/cm~2,鼠疫菌存活时间最长21天,最短14天,平均16.6天,与温、湿度变化呈明显的负相关关系;脂皮单位面积平均带菌量为715个菌/cm~2,鼠疫菌存活时间最长3天,最短0天,平均1.8天,与温、湿度变化无明显的相关关系。
In this paper, the classification of commercially available otter skin, the amount of bacteria per unit area, the survival time of EV in market otter skin and its relationship with temperature and humidity were studied.
