[目的]为利用杀虫微生物防治蔬菜害虫提供一些基础性资料。[方法]对11种白僵菌菌株的产孢量、萌发率、抗紫外线能力以及对甘蓝蚜虫致死率等方面进行了试验,并进行了优良菌株在不同温度、不同浓度下对甘蓝蚜虫的生物测定。[结果]11种不同菌株的产孢量、萌发率、抗紫外线能力存在着明显的差异。其中,BD061-3菌株产孢量大,萌发率高,表现出较好的抗紫外线能力。该菌株在不同温度、不同浓度下对甘蓝蚜虫的生物测定表明,在温度为25℃左右、浓度为1×108孢子/ml时具有较强的致病性,平均校正死亡率高达93.87%。[结论]球孢白僵菌BD061-3对甘蓝蚜虫有较强的致病性。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide some basic information for the prevention and control of vegetable pests by insecticidal microorganisms. [Method] The sporulation amount, germination rate, UV-resistance and lethality to cabbage aphids of 11 Beauveria bassiana strains were tested. The effects of different strain of Bacillus subtilis Determination. [Result] There were obvious differences in sporulation, germination rate and UV-resistance of 11 different strains. Among them, BD061-3 strain sporulation large, high germination rate, showing good UV resistance. The bioassay of Brassica campestris with different temperature and different concentration showed that the strain had a strong pathogenicity at a temperature of 25 ℃ and a concentration of 1 × 108 spores / ml, with an average corrected mortality of 93.87%. [Conclusion] Beauveria bassiana BD061-3 had strong pathogenicity to cabbage aphids.
