介绍了双金属复合管的复合工艺,特别是液压胀合工艺特点。通过对L360QS/Incoloy825镍基合金管的液压胀合原理分析、液压胀合压力计算及试验装置的设计,成功地进行了液压胀合试验。结果表明:最小试验胀合压力Pimin为49.10 MPa,最大胀合压力Pimax为57.42 MPa;管段长度为200、50 mm时,其管间残余接触应力分别为0.7、0.65MPa,均大于API Spec 5LD的标准要求0.2 MPa。
The composite process of bimetal composite pipe is introduced, especially the characteristics of hydraulic expansion process. Based on the hydraulic expansion principle analysis of L360QS / Incoloy825 nickel-base alloy pipe, the calculation of hydraulic expansion pressure and the design of test equipment, the hydraulic expansion joint test was successfully carried out. The results show that the minimum test contact pressure Pimin is 49.10 MPa and the maximum pressure Pimax is 57.42 MPa. When the length of the pipe is 200 and 50 mm, the residual contact stress between the two test tubes is 0.7 and 0.65 MPa, respectively, which are larger than that of API Spec 5LD The standard requires 0.2 MPa.
