On October 24, the Corps went to Shanghai for the 11th seminar on the reform and development of party and government senior management personnel. The opening ceremony of the 2nd Corps senior management personnel training class was held in Shanghai Municipal Party School. The Corps Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar and Organization Department Minister Song Hao attended and addressed.
