本文主要针对于发电企业战略性薪酬制度的优化改革为切入点进行分析,结合当下发电企业战略性薪酬制度存在的问题为主要依据,从制定科学合理的薪酬制度与基本原则、设计非经济性的薪酬指标来推动激励机制、建立科学合理且高效的绩效管理体系、设计科学合理的薪资结构、设计合理的福利项目这五方面进行深入探索与研究,主要目的在于加大对发电企业战略性薪酬制度的优化力度,从而促进发电企业健康长久发展,为发电企业得到长足发展奠定基础。
