随着近年来网络技术的发展,电商作为一个低投入,高产出的行业大行其道。它有着成本低廉,拓展迅速,服务多样,客户没有地域限制等等的优点。因此现在很多小微企业,甚至个人都投入到电商的行列中。这样的企业或者个人由于人员和成本等因素的考虑,在服务质量测评中很难能做到大型公司或者政府单位那样,制作完整的调查问卷,并由专门的机构进行测评。因此本文希望通过现代物流理论的分析,采用有效的内部数据和简单的判断,来得到一个相对准确的服务质量测评。
With the development of network technology in recent years, the electricity supplier is popular as a low-input, high-output industry. It has the advantages of low cost, rapid expansion, diverse services, no geographic restrictions on customers, and so on. So now many small and micro enterprises, and even individuals are involved in the ranks of e-commerce. Such enterprises or individuals due to personnel and cost considerations, in the quality of service evaluation is difficult to achieve large companies or government units, as a complete questionnaire, by a specialized agency for evaluation. Therefore, this article hopes through the analysis of modern logistics theory, the use of effective internal data and simple judgments, to get a relatively accurate quality of service evaluation.
