目的研究超声脉冲电导治疗仪在急性缺血性卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的应用及护理观察效果。方法选取80例急性缺血性卒中患者作为本次研究对象,将其分为实验组与对照组各40例后,实验组采用河南三浪医疗新技术有限公司提供的超声脉冲电导治疗仪进行治疗,对照组则采取常规药物治疗,并观察常规康复效果,分析治疗的优势。结果经对比治疗后发现,患者在应用超声脉冲电导治疗仪支持治疗上,有效的改良了治疗的结果,并为患者的机体康复提供了优秀的保障,而对于不同的评定结果,在超声脉冲电导治疗仪的支持下患者的康复效率得到显著的提升,同时患者的肌肉康复情况也更满足基本的需求。经比较,P<0.05,表明具有显著差异。结论在临床中,应用超声脉冲电导治疗仪进行急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床治疗,可有效的促进患者的肢体技能恢复,并提高患者的患肢肌力恢复,对于日常的生活质量,有着显著的提升作用。在临床中,可进行推广使用。
