省委九届九次全会全面分析了我省当前的形势和任务,研究了构建“和谐贵州”的若干重大问题。一致认为,要把构建“和谐贵州”作为贯穿我省社会主义现代化建设事业全过程的长期历史任务和实现经济社会发展历史性跨越的重大现实课题抓紧抓好。省委作出构建“和谐贵州”的重大决策合潮流、顺民心,是贵州实现历史性跨越的新路径。 At the Ninth Plenary Session of the Ninth National People’s Congress, the current situation and tasks in our province were comprehensively analyzed, and some major issues concerning the “harmonious Guizhou” were studied. They all agreed that it is necessary to pay close attention to building a “harmonious Guizhou” as a long-term historical task that runs through the entire process of our province’s socialist modernization drive and a major realistic issue of achieving historic leaps in economic and social development. The provincial party committee made a major policy-making trend of “building a harmonious Guizhou” and following the people’s wishes, which is a new path for Guizhou to achieve a historic leap forward.
