劳动定额是企业实现人力资源现代化的重要方法和基础工作,是企业内部管理挖潜重要方面。但劳动定额管理的教育教学工作远远滞后于生产力的发展,既不符合劳动定额管理的基本定位,又脱离了学生学习的兴趣需求,更满足不了劳动定额管理工作的实际需要。通过劳动定额管理课程目前存在问题及其原因的分析,提出讲好第一课、聘请企业定额管理员共同授予课、参与定额项目、增加实训、开发软件以及改变考试形式为应用型考核等课改设想。
Labor quotas are an important method and basic work for enterprises to realize the modernization of human resources and an important aspect of tapping the potential of their internal management. However, the education and teaching work of labor quota management lags far behind the development of productive forces, which neither meets the basic orientation of labor quota management nor deviates from the interest demand of students’ learning, and can not meet the actual needs of labor quota management. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the labor quota management course and its causes, this paper puts forward the first lesson of good lecture, hires the quota administrator to jointly award the lesson, participates in the quota project, increases the practical training, develops the software and changes the examination form to the applied assessment Change the design.
