目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清COX-2与MMP-9的表达及其意义。方法采用ELISA法检测乳腺癌组30例,乳腺良性病变组23例,健康对照组20例血清中COX-2与MMP-9的水平。结果 (1)乳腺癌组血清COX-2水平高于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,乳腺癌组血清MMP-9也高于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,两者在3组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两者联合检测对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度为91.3%,特异度为75.2%。结论血清COX-2与MMP-9的水平在一定程度上反映了乳腺癌的生物学特性;两者联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度,对乳腺癌的辅助诊断可能有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum COX-2 and MMP-9 in patients with breast cancer and its significance. Methods Serum levels of COX-2 and MMP-9 were detected by ELISA in 30 cases of breast cancer, 23 cases of benign breast lesions and 20 cases of healthy controls. Results (1) The serum level of COX-2 in breast cancer group was higher than that in benign breast disease group and healthy control group. The serum MMP-9 level in breast cancer group was also higher than that in benign breast disease group and healthy control group. There was significant difference between the three groups (P <0.05). (2) The combined detection of the two had a sensitivity of 91.3% and specificity of 75.2% for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusions The serum levels of COX-2 and MMP-9 reflect the biological characteristics of breast cancer to a certain extent. The combined detection of them can increase the sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis and may be of significance for the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer.
