可控气氛热处理在工业生产中的应用,是衡量一个国家热处理生产技术水平的重要标志。热处理工件在空气介质中加热时工件表面严重地氧化、脱碳,造成金属烧损,降低了热处理质量。因此对工厂中常用的在空气介质中加热的中温箱式电阻炉,进行简单易行的改造,实现无氧化、少脱碳加热是提高我国热处理水平,提高产品质量的关键。
