传统的玫瑰红酸钠比色法测定磷酸中SO3含量时,只能测量出SO3的质量浓度范围,不能满足对磷酸料浆中硫酸根含量范围要求较窄的工艺要求。通过对传统的玫瑰红酸钠比色法进行改进,同时改进计算方法,便可以快速准确测定磷酸中的硫酸根含量。改进后该分析方法精密度高,加标回收率高,能满足实际生产的需要。
When the traditional method of sodium nitric acid colorimetric determination of SO3 in phosphoric acid can only measure the concentration range of SO3, it can not meet the requirement of narrower requirement for the range of sulfate content in phosphoric acid slurry. By improving the conventional sodium rosinate colorimetric method and improving the calculation method, the sulfate content in phosphoric acid can be quickly and accurately determined. After the improvement, the analytical method has the advantages of high precision, high spiked recovery, and can meet the actual production needs.
