熊猫型保偏光纤光栅耦合器制备工艺及光分插复用实验研究

提出一种熊猫型的保偏光纤光栅耦合器,综合了光纤光栅优良的波长选择特性和光纤耦合器的多端口特点,最重要的是具有偏振保持能力,非常适用于全保偏光纤传感阵列系统的光分插复用。提出了熊猫保偏光纤光栅耦合器制作工艺流程,制作了三支熊猫保偏光纤光栅耦合器,测试发现在耦合区刻写光纤光栅对器件的偏振消光比没有产生明显的劣化影响。对器件进行了光分插复用实验,成功实现了1536.6 nm光的上行和下行,即光分插复用。 A Panda polarization maintaining fiber grating coupler is proposed which combines the excellent wavelength selectivity characteristics of fiber gratings with the multiport characteristics of fiber couplers.
