本文在Salinger和Lin提出的两阶段寡头古诺博弈模型的基础上,根据我国汽车产业的现状,改进了过去企业纵向关系研究的“两分法”模型,并添加了自制率、交易成本和规模经济等变量,分析了汽车生产企业选择零部件自制或外购的原因。并得出结论:最优一体化程度是上下游企业两阶段古诺博弈得到的纯战略纳什均衡结果;企业在选择自己的零部件自制率时,会比较外生交易成本、内生交易成本和规模经济的大小;由于汽车制造业规模经济显著、交易成本不断减少等原因,车企应该努力降低自身零部件自制率,进行适当的纵向分拆。
