胚胎的植入过程中 ,滋养层细胞对子宫基质的侵入受到精细调控 ,过度侵入或侵入不足均将导致病变。一般认为 ,滋养层细胞的侵入与肿瘤细胞的浸润在对细胞外基质的作用机理上有诸多相似之处 ,揭示滋养层细胞有限侵入的调控机制将对防止肿瘤细胞的浸润转移起到良好的借鉴作用。本文对近年来有关滋养层细胞侵入相关蛋白酶以及粘附分子的研究发现进行简要综述
