本研究对油松种子园内118个无性系的球果量、雄球花量及花粉量、花期同步性进行观测调查,并对数据进行方差分析、聚类和秩次排序处理。结果表明:各无性系间球果量和雄球花量的差异显著,无性系内差异不显著。不同土壤条件与管理水平对球果量与雄球花量影响极显著,并筛选出球果量大、配子供量多的13、43、100号等16个优良无性系,将118个无性系分为4类,为种子园的留优去劣提供了依据。
In this study, we investigated the cones population, the male flowers, the pollen quantity and the florescence synchronism in 118 clones of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings. The data were analyzed by variance analysis, clustering and rank order. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the number of cones and male flowers in all clones, but no significant difference in clones. The effects of different soil conditions and management levels on the fruit mass and the male flower were extremely significant, and 16 fine clones, such as 13, 43 and 100, with large cones and large gametes, were selected and 118 clones Divided into four categories, to provide a good basis for the seed garden to stay good.
