本文着重研究Nb对GH33A合金中r′相和碳化物的作用。一、试验用料和试验方法: 试验料采用电炉冶炼含Nb的GH33A和不含Nb的GH33二种合金。试验方法采用BS—613型透射电子显微镜,电化学相分析,X光结构分析和热膨胀仪等四种手段来测定r′相和碳化物的溶解温度,含量、颗粒平均尺寸及其相组成。二、实验结果和讨论: Nb对r′相的影响其结果见图1,2和表1。
This article focuses on the effect of Nb on r ’phase and carbides in GH33A alloys. First, the test materials and test methods: Test material using electric furnace smelting GH33A containing Nb and GH33 two kinds of alloys without Nb. Test Methods The dissolution temperature, content, average particle size and phase composition of r ’phase and carbide were measured by BS-613 transmission electron microscope, electrochemical phase analysis, X-ray structure analysis and thermal dilatometer. Second, the experimental results and discussion: Nb on the r ’phase of the results shown in Figure 1,2 and Table 1.
